1. Service Provision

Nexa HQ provides digital business infrastructure, custom CRM implementations, automated lead-capture workflows, and AI communication assistants. All deliverables are deployed following mutual approval on strategy and specification sessions.

2. Transparent Pricing and Agreements

Our systems are structured into clear, transparent tiers with no hidden retainers:

• Tier 1 Nexa Response: $500 setup + $300/month.
• Tier 2 Nexa Conversion: $1,500 setup + $500/month.
• Tier 3 Nexa Digital HQ: $3,500 setup + $1,000/month.

All recurring agreements operate on flexible month-to-month terms without locked multi-year contracts. Services may be modified or cancelled with 30 days written notice.

3. System Usage and Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that customer communications dispatched through SMS, WhatsApp, and voice telephony comply with applicable federal and local regulations, including TCPA and carrier registration protocols. Nexa HQ assists clients with full A2P 10DLC compliance verification.

4. Intellectual Property and Asset Ownership

Upon completion of setup, the client retains full ownership of their proprietary customer records, lead data, CRM pipeline configurations, and domain branding assets.
